Cyprus welcomes a major multinational from Norway

SEPTEMBER marked the first in the history of Cyprus redomicilation to Cyprus from Norway of the headquarters of Prosafe, a major multinational group engaging in oil and gas sector.
A highly cooperative approach was taken by the office of the registrar of companies and the CSE whose experienced, knowledgeable and efficient officers demonstrated remarkable efficiency and flexibility in the challenge of bridging the procedural differences in Cyprus and in Norway to make this move proceed smoothly and timely in both jurisdictions.
As the directors of Consulco group commented: “We were honoured to assist Prosafe with this challenging redomicilation project, and we are delighted to welcome Prosafe in Cyprus”.
