Based on this successful and extensive experience, we have structured a number of incorporated syndicates of international high net worth individual investors, that aim to take advantage of favourable UK property market conditions. 

The syndicates will invest primarily in London high street retail property assets and their ancillary residential and office accommodation in selected affluent areas.

The UK is the world’s fifth biggest economy and the largest financial centre in the world with 8 million of its population living and working in Greater London. The economy is just emerging from recession, with the sterling being relatively depreciated and property values well below their peak.

This creates an attractive opportunity for international investors to enter the London property market, one of the most transparent, mature, investor friendly, ownership secured and liquid property markets in the world.

It is anticipated that the UK economic recovery will have a positive impact on the UK retail sector that includes many of the biggest retail companies of Europe.  With the supply of retail properties in London being more or less static, rental levels are expected to grow and retail property prices are expected to increase.
