Consulco is currently in the process of recruiting a Client Relationship Officer for its Business Development Team.  The successful candidate will be expected to work at the Head Office in Nicosia.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the client process, including reservations, agreements preparation, and client onboarding
  • Prepare the KYC and AML file for the Compliance Officer
  • Update and maintain client database and prepare table of holdings
  • Respond and/or act on each query or request of potential or existing clients on time
  • Communicate with Finance, Legal and Underwriting Team
  • Address main issues that may arise and provide suggestions for solutions
  • Prepare all correspondence for monthly quarterly and yearly statements
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for management
  • Ensure that clients are informed on time in all cases relating to redemptions and extensions of their investments
  • Provide existing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
  • Meet all deadlines and deliver satisfactory quality service

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years previous experience in an client relationship, client service environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Native Greek speaker and fluency in English
