Consulco is currently in the process of recruiting an Office Administrator for its Administration Department.  The successful candidate will be expected to work at the Head Office in Nicosia.


  • Coordinate & record deliveries of all correspondence & packages in & out for the company
  • Arranging incoming and outgoing international courier
  • Arrange signatures for various departments
  • Set the daily time-schedule of messengers by order of priority & importance of tasks
  • Responsible for archiving files and retrieving
  • Responsible for office stationary supplies
  • Co-ordinate with finance department for payments and maintain petty cash
  • Ad Hoc administration duties from all departments


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field)

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 + years of previous experience within a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek Language
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills including ability to keep track of and meet various deadlines and tasks
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent written/ verbal communications skills
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office/ Proficiency in MS excel (sort, pivot tables)
