2025 continues to be a strong year for the London Credit Fund, which continues to deliver high returns for its investors. April was no exception, with performance once again exceeding annualised targets – demonstrating the strength of our portfolio and the expertise of our team.
April 2025 Performance Highlights
Investment Compartment A:
- 5.91% p.a. on £, exceeding its annualised target return of 5%
- 5.77% p.a. on $, exceeding its annualised target return of 5% and
- 4.37% p.a. on €, exceeding its annualised target return of 4%
Investment Compartment B:
- 7.00% p.a. on £, exceeding its annualised target return of 6%
- 6.85% p.a. on $, exceeding its annualised target return of 6% and
- 5.17% p.a. on €, exceeding its annualised target return of 5%
About the London Credit Fund
Launched in 2021, the London Credit Fund offers investors indirect access to the London lending market, secured by real estate. Designed exclusively for professional and well-informed investors, the Fund has grown steadily, with assets under management now exceeding €65 million.
The Fund comprises three Investment Compartments:
- Compartment A: Participates in lending collateralised predominantly by residential properties, emphasising stability.
Target returns: 4-5% (EUR) and 5-6% (GBP & USD) - Compartment B: Participates in lending collateralised predominantly by commercial properties, balancing risk and return.
Target returns: 5-6% (EUR) and 6-7% (GBP & USD) - Compartment C: Participates in lending collateralised predominantly by residential development properties, aiming even higher returns.
Target returns: 6-7% (EUR) and 7-8% (GBP & USD)
