London Credit, our London based lender established 13 years ago, provides business purpose short and medium term secured loans (bridging finance) to London based borrowers and business owners. Once we structure and fund the loans, we provide the opportunity to investors worldwide to participate in our fixed income UK property secured mortgages, either by directly acquiring loans from our loan portfolio or through their participation into our credit fund.

Marios is in charge of the Underwriting and Loan Administration operations. He has 19 years of experience in personal, business, corporate and international lending through his various positions when working for the Bank of Cyprus.
He holds an Accounting and Finance degree from the University of the West of England, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Leicester University and a Banking Diploma from the American Bankers Association. Marios is overall responsible for the groups’ investments’ credit issues and the group’s chief credit underwriter.
