- Target Returns: Aims to deliver competitive returns, with a target range of 6%-7% per annum for Euro investments and 7%-8% per annum for Sterling and Dollar investments
- Targeted Investments: Participates in short-term lending to refurbished residential and development projects in high-demand areas, including Greater London and other major UK cities.
