Consulco’s London Credit Fund has been approved and listed with two of the biggest organizations of the financial world, namely Bloomberg and Clearstream.
Professional investors from all over the world can now review and invest into the London Credit Fund through these two global platforms. On the one hand, appearing on Bloomberg, which connect decision makers to dynamic network of information and accurately delivers business and financial updates from around the globe, will offer additional exposure to our fund and help us reach our target audience. On the other hand, being present on Clearstream, a leading European supplier of post-trading services with customers in 110 countries, will allow the LC fund to expand its investment operations by attracting sophisticated investors from all around the world.
London Credit Fund provides a target return of 4%+ per annum, payable quarterly, to its euro investors by providing short and medium London property secured loans. The Fund’s minimum investment is 125,000 euro, with a minimum investment term of 12 months. The fund’s investors to-date include high net worth individuals, companies, provident funds, insurance companies and banks.
