The “London Gin Night” event is a celebration of the collective investment “Sparta Properties”, Consulco’s newest Real Estate fund following the acquisitions of properties close to Crossrail (the Elizabeth line), the largest infrastructure project in Europe which contributes to the expected development and upgrading of the areas in which “Sparta Properties” is investing, and therefore of the properties it is acquiring.
Consulco has established and is managing Sparta, with the investment strategy of acquiring, renovating, extending and developing commercial properties in London. The investments made so far include the acquisition of real estate in famous and also upcoming areas, filled daily with both locals and tourists. These locations are the vibrant Soho, the newly gentrified Ealing, trendy Camden and busy Farringdon, in which Sparta Properties has launched its investments.
Profit is generated through active management of the properties “Sparta Properties” acquired by professionals with decades of experience and technical expertise in the UK real estate industry, which results in steady rental income and capital growth.
Since 2010 Consulco has been structuring and managing investments in London commercial and residential properties with a current portfolio of over 100million British Pounds and has been achieving remarkable annual returns.
